QR code tickets give every attendee their own code. The bulk ticket template turns each row of your list into a code that opens the ticket page with that ticket number. At the door, staff check it in with the PIN. A second scan shows Already used with the time; an unknown number shows Not a valid ticket.

What the door sees

- Name, ticket number and seat, ready to check in.

- The date and time of the first check-in.

- Any number that is not on your list.

- Paste the attendee list from your ticket shop or spreadsheet; the ticket ID is the first column.
- PIN for staff
- Only staff with the PIN can check a ticket in, so a guest cannot mark their own ticket as used before reaching the door.
