How to choose a template
Each template is a full look: colours, module and eye shapes, a frame with a short call to action in its own typeface, a small icon in the middle of the code and a print layout sized for one kind of print. The designs come from the same engine that draws your downloads, so a template that looks right here scans the same on paper.

Start from where it will hang
Each collection is sized for its print. A sign design shrunk onto a card looks heavy.

Match the colour to the surface
Dark codes on light paper scan best. On a dark print, pick the high-contrast set.

Keep the call to action short
Three to five words, like Scan for the menu. Longer lines get skipped.
Questions
Are the QR code templates free?
Browsing every template is free, and the generator on each collection page makes a fixed code without an account and without a watermark.
Do templated codes still scan?
Yes. Every frame and code style in the collections is one our decoders read, and the print check tests your own code before you download it.
Can I change the colours of a template?
Each design comes in several colour sets, including a high-contrast one. In the design studio you can also apply your own brand colours.
What sizes are the templates made for?
Each collection has its own print size: business cards, A5 flyers, 5 by 7 inch table tents, 24 by 6 inch sign riders, sticker sheets and A6 invitations.
