Each member has a role that decides what they can do. You can change a role, add a second Owner or remove someone at any time.

  1. Open Members under Settings.
  2. Find the person and press Change role.
  3. Pick the new role and save.

The roles

The roles are Owner, Admin, Editor, Creator, Analyst, Viewer and Billing. The Roles page lists exactly what each one may do.

Good to know

  • Make Owner adds a second Owner, so the account is never locked when one person is away.
  • Remove takes a person out of the workspace. Their codes stay with the workspace.
  • Team roles are on plans from Pro.
