The service
oqrely makes fixed and editable QR codes. Editable codes, hosted pages and files work while one of these is active:
- Trial: 14 days, with no card, and no paid plan after it by itself.
- Plans: monthly or yearly, paid in advance, renewing until you cancel.
- Passes: one payment, working until the end date on the receipt.
- Keep-alive: up to 15 finished editable codes, one destination edit per code each quarter.
A fixed code holds its content in the pattern and needs no account. An editable code points to a short link we host, so you can change where it goes after printing.
Trial codes go inactive when the trial ends; buying within 90 days turns them back on. When paying stops, editable codes keep working to the end of the paid period. After a failed payment they keep working for a 14-day grace period. We remind you by e-mail and in the app 7, 3 and 1 day before anything stops. Inactive codes show a plain page to the people who scan them. After a paid plan ends, your data stays for 12 months and you can turn codes back on.
As is
We provide the service as is and as available, and we do our best to keep it running and correct. We give no guarantee of availability, results or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
Our liability is limited as far as the applicable law allows. Where a cap is allowed, it is the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights stay untouched.
Acceptance
By creating a code or an account, or by paying, you accept these terms.
Acceptable use
These uses are not allowed:
- phishing, malware, scams or deceptive redirects
- illegal content, or content that harms children
- harassment or spam
- collecting passwords, card numbers or bank details on our domains
- collecting data from children
We may block codes and accounts that break these rules, automatically and without notice. You can appeal in the app, which starts a fresh automated check.
If you add tracking pixels to your codes or pages, you are responsible for any consent your visitors need for them.
Fair use
Scans have no monthly cap under fair use, and redirects keep working at any volume. Hosted files have a monthly delivery allowance:

Above the allowance you get a notice and an upgrade offer. After that, file delivery may be slowed; redirects keep working. Traffic filtered as automated does not count.
Payments, refunds and EU withdrawal
Prices are shown before you pay, and payments run through Stripe. Your price stays the same for at least 24 months on the same plan and billing period. Any price change is announced 60 days ahead.
- First payment. Your first plan payment is refundable within 14 days, once per customer.
- Passes. A pass is refundable within 14 days while its codes have under 50 scans.
- EU withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a new subscription or pass within 14 days, with the withdrawal button in Billing, and we refund you.
- Refunded codes go inactive at once.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service. Price changes are announced ahead, as above. You can cancel any time in the app, and export or delete your account yourself. We may end the contract if these terms are broken.
Governing terms
The law of the operator's seat applies, and you keep the mandatory protection of the law where you live. The English version applies unless your local consumer law requires otherwise. The service is not directed at children under 16.
