Google review QR code
Paste your Google review link and print a code that opens the review form directly, so a happy customer reviews you before leaving.
A Google review QR code opens the review form of your Google Business Profile in one scan. Copy the short review link from your Business Profile, paste it below and download the code for a counter card, receipt or table stand. Ask at the right moment, with the form one scan away, and happy customers write the review.
Five stars before they leave
A stand by the till. The guest scans, the Google review form opens, and they tap the stars.

Counter stand
Boxed code with a cream background for counters and reception desks.
-

Rounded green code for bags, boxes and stickers.
How to make a Google review QR code
Find your review link
Sign in to your Google Business Profile and look for the option to ask for reviews. Google shows a short link that opens your review form. Copy it.
Paste it into the generator
Use the Google review link field above. The preview turns into your real code as soon as the link is valid.
Test it signed out
Scan the preview with a phone that is not signed in to your business account. You should land on the star rating form, not on your dashboard.
Print it where people wait
Counters, receipts, table cards and the bill folder. Add a frame line such as "Review us on Google" so people know what the code does.
Fixed or editable for review codes?
-
Fixed QR code (static)
Your review link rarely changes, so a fixed code is a sound and free choice. It opens the form directly, with nothing in between.
-
Editable QR code (dynamic)
Choose editable if you print a lot of stands or run several locations. You can point all of them at a different form later, for example after a rebrand, and you see which stand collects the most scans. From $9 a month after the 14-day trial, and it stops forwarding if you stop paying, with warnings first.
Places that collect the most reviews
Restaurant tables and bill folders
The moment after a good meal is the moment to ask. A table card or a sticker in the bill folder catches it.
Shop counters and receipts
Print the code at the bottom of the receipt or on a small stand next to the card reader.
Salons, clinics and studios
A code at the reception desk or on the appointment card reminds clients while the experience is fresh.
Delivery and service visits
A small card left after a repair or a delivery gives customers a way to review you without searching for your name.
Print tips for review stands
Say what the code does
A code alone gets few scans. A short line like "Enjoyed it? Review us on Google" beside it tells people why to scan.
Table cards: 3 to 4 cm
Read from a seat at arm's length, a code of 3 to 4 cm scans comfortably. Wall posters read from across the room need much more.
Protect it from wear
Laminate table cards or use a stand with a cover. Smudged and creased codes are the first to fail.
Fair review requests
- Ask everyone
- Google's rules do not allow asking only happy customers for reviews. Put the code where every customer sees it.
- Do not pay for reviews
- Offering discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews breaks Google's policies and can get reviews removed.
Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
Where do I find my Google review link?
In your Google Business Profile. Look for the option to ask for reviews or share a review form; Google shows a short link there that opens the form directly. Copy that link into the generator.
Does the customer need a Google account?
Yes. Google only accepts reviews from signed-in accounts. Most Android phones are already signed in, and iPhone users can sign in from the form.
Can I see how many people scanned my review code?
With an editable code, yes: every scan is counted in your dashboard, by day and by stand if you use one code per location. A fixed code sends people straight to Google, so it cannot be counted.
Is it allowed to put a review QR code on a table?
Yes. Asking customers for reviews is fine. What Google forbids is offering rewards for reviews or only inviting customers you expect to be happy.
What size should a review code be?
About 3 to 4 cm on a table card or counter stand. The print check under the preview tells you the smallest width your exact code prints well at.
Ask for reviews at the right moment
Paste your review link, add a frame line, and print a stand for every table.
