Bulk QR code generator: one file in, a ZIP out

Upload a spreadsheet with one link or text per row. Get back a ZIP of SVG codes, named the way you want, with no account.

The bulk QR code generator turns each row of a CSV or Excel file into its own fixed QR code and packs them into one ZIP of SVG files. Upload a file with a url column, and an optional name column for the file names. It makes up to 500 codes per file, free and without signing up.

Make up to 500 fixed codes from one file

One row per code. A column named url, link or text holds what the code opens; an optional column named name sets the file name. The first row holds the column names.

Free, no sign-up, no watermark. Each code is an SVG file in the ZIP. Download a sample CSV

How to make QR codes in bulk

  1. Put one code per row in a spreadsheet

First row: the column names, for example name and url. Every row below becomes one code. Google Sheets, Excel and Numbers all export CSV.

  2. Check the longest rows

Very long links make dense codes. Shorten tracking parameters you do not need before you upload.

  3. Upload and download the ZIP

The tool reads the file, refuses it with a clear reason if a row cannot become a code, and otherwise hands back the ZIP straight away.

  4. Spot-check a few codes

Open three or four SVG files at random and scan them from the screen before you send the batch to print.

Fixed or editable codes in bulk?

Good uses for a batch of codes

File format and limits

What you upload
CSV with commas, semicolons or tabs, or the first sheet of an XLSX file, up to 2 MB and 500 rows below the header.
What you get
A ZIP with one SVG per row. SVG is vector, so every code stays sharp in design and print-merge tools.
File names
Taken from a column named name, file name or label; otherwise code-1, code-2 and so on. Repeated names get a number added.

Questions

Before you print

Is it free?
Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
Can I change the link after printing?
Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
What happens if I stop paying?
Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
How many QR codes can I make at once for free?

Up to 500 fixed codes per file, without an account. A larger file is refused with the limit, so split it into several files.

Which columns does the file need?

One column with the link or text, named url, link or text, and optionally a name column for the file names. Without those headers the first column is used.

Do the bulk codes have a watermark?

No. Every SVG in the ZIP is the plain code, the same as the generator makes one at a time.

Can I change the links after printing?

Not with fixed codes, which hold the link itself. Bulk editable codes in the app can change destination at any time.

Is my file stored?

No. The file is read to build the ZIP and deleted straight after; nothing from it is kept on our side.

Can I add a logo or colours to bulk codes?

The free tool makes plain black-on-white codes, which scan best. Bulk jobs in the app apply your colours, logo and brand kit.
