Pages with a form, an RSVP or a photo drop collect answers and photos. You read and manage them in the app.

Read and export responses

  1. Open Forms and responses, or a page's Responses tab.
  2. Read the answers and press Download CSV to save them.
  3. On a page's form settings, set Keep responses for (months) so old answers are deleted on time.

Approve guest photos

  1. Open the page's Guest photos.
  2. Photos Waiting for you are hidden until you act.
  3. Press Approve to show a photo, then download them all.

Good to know

Trial accounts keep responses for 90 days. You decide what the answers are used for.
