A calendar event code adds your event to a phone's calendar in one scan, so people keep the date without typing it in.

  1. Open the QR code generator.
  2. Under Type of code, choose Event.
  3. Fill in the Event name, the Date, Starts at and Ends at, the Time zone (UTC offset) and the Location.
  4. Press Create QR code and download it under File format.

Good to know

  • Leave the time empty for an all-day event.
  • For an event page with a wallet pass and photos, build a hosted event page instead.
