A location code opens a point on a map, so people can get directions to your shop, venue or meeting spot.

  1. Open the QR code generator.
  2. Under Type of code, choose the location type.
  3. Fill in the Latitude and Longitude, and a Place name. In Google Maps, right-click a place to copy its coordinates.
  4. Choose where it Opens in, such as Google Maps or Apple Maps.
  5. Press Create QR code and download it under File format.

Good to know

  • Pick The phone's map app to let each phone use its own default.
  • For a place that may move, use an editable code so you can change the point later.
