The generator's PDF and EPS files hold the code alone. For a print shop, use the design studio, which places the code on a sheet.

  1. Open the code in the editor and choose Open in the design studio on the Design tab. The studio needs JavaScript.
  2. Open Download.
  3. Under Format, choose PDF (vector, for printing).
  4. Under Print layout, choose a layout: business cards, A4, A5, A6, US Letter, a 4 × 6 in card, a table tent, a yard sign rider or a 2, 3 or 4 inch sticker. The layout adds 3 mm bleed and places the code at the right size.
  5. Tick Crop marks if your print shop wants them.
  6. Under Colour mode, choose CMYK (print shops) when the shop asks for it.
  7. Press Download file.

If the chosen size is smaller than the print check recommends, the studio says so before you download. No file carries a watermark on any plan.
