If a code opens the wrong place, check what decides its destination.
- Open Your codes and open the code.
- On the Content tab, check the Default destination is right.
- Open the Rules tab. A rule may be matching your scan, for example by country or device. The first rule that matches wins.
- If an A/B split is set, some scans go to other destinations by design.
Good to know
- A fixed code cannot change its destination. If a fixed code opens the wrong place, it was encoded that way and needs reprinting.
- After you change a destination, scanners get the new one on their next scan. See Change where an editable code points.
