1. Open Codes and choose the code.
  2. On the Content tab, enter the new address in Destination.
  3. Press Save destination. The change is live on the next scan.

If you change your mind, the confirmation has an Undo link.

Limits

  • During the trial, each code can change its destination 3 times a day.
  • On Keep-alive, each code can change its destination once a quarter.
  • Plans and passes have no such limit.

When we ask for your password

If a code had many scans in the last 30 days, the editor asks you to confirm it is you before it saves the change (Confirm it is you). This protects busy printed codes from a stolen session.

When the new destination is checked

Every new destination passes the safety check first. While it runs, scanners see a short "Checking this link" page. A destination the check finds harmful is refused; see Understand safety checks and blocked codes.

Fixed codes show Content in the image and cannot be changed.
