Refunds

  • Your first plan payment is refundable within 14 days without questions, once per customer.
  • A pass is refunded in full within 14 days if its codes had fewer than 50 scans, and pro rata after that.

When a payment qualifies, Billing shows Request a refund. Confirm the amount on the next screen. Refunded codes go inactive at once, and the money reaches your card within a few business days.

Withdrawal (EU)

Within 14 days of a purchase, Withdraw from contract appears in Billing.

  1. Choose Withdraw from contract.
  2. Pick the contract, enter your name and continue.
  3. Check the summary and press Confirm withdrawal.

You get a full refund, or a pro-rata one if you asked at checkout for the service to start at once. The full rules are in the Terms of service.
