1. Open Billing and choose Cancel the subscription. Only the account owner can change billing.
  2. The screen lists the facts: when the plan ends, how many codes it covers and what happens to them.
  3. Choose one of the options, which are listed side by side:
    • Export my data to download your codes and redirect rules first.
    • Switch to Keep-alive to keep printed codes running for $3 a month.
    • A pass, for a fixed period with no renewal.
    • Cancel subscription to cancel.
  4. Telling us why is optional.

The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 days before it ends. After that, editable codes stop redirecting and fixed codes keep working.
