Scans are counted for editable codes only. A fixed code holds its content in the image, so nothing passes through oqrely when it is scanned.

Where to look

  • Analytics shows the whole workspace.
  • A code's Analytics tab shows its scans per day; Open Analytics opens the full view for that code.
  • Last 60 minutes shows scans as they arrive.

Filters

Choose a Period, such as Last 7 days or a Custom range, and how to Group by. You can narrow the view to a code, a campaign tag, a folder, a country or a device, and set the Time zone. Scans we filter out, for example from bots and link checkers, are left out unless you tick Include filtered scans.

You see the totals, scans over time, places, devices and languages, sources and UTM tags, your top codes, tags and folders, and the results of rules and A/B splits. Compare codes puts 2 to 4 codes side by side.

Download the data

Download CSV and Download XLSX export the rows on passes and on plans from Starter. Download PDF report is part of the Campaign pass and of plans from Pro. The trial has no downloads, and on Keep-alive you see total scans only.

How long scans are kept

Each scan's details are kept for a period that depends on the plan. Daily totals are kept for as long as the code exists.
