An editable code can change what it holds. It keeps the same short link, so printed codes still work, and its scan history stays.

  1. Open Your codes and open the editable code.
  2. On the Content tab, open Change the type.
  3. Pick a New type and press Show what changes.
  4. Read the summary. The short link and the scan history stay the same.
  5. Press Change the type to apply it.

Good to know

  • Some changes switch between a redirect and a hosted page. Scans keep counting, but analytics before and after the change measure different things, so you confirm with I understand the analytics change.
  • A busy code may ask for your password again before the change.
