1. Export your codes and redirect rules if you want to keep them.
  2. If your subscription renews, cancel it first. The app asks you to: Cancel your subscription first.
  3. Open the Security page and go to Delete your account.
  4. Under Type your email address to confirm, enter your e-mail address.
  5. Press Delete my account in 7 days. We may ask you to confirm it is you.

The deletion takes effect 7 days after you ask. Until then, Cancel the deletion on the same page stops it.

What happens to your codes

Fixed codes keep working, because they never depend on oqrely. Editable codes stop redirecting when the paid period ends, as after any cancellation. How long we keep data after deletion is set out in the privacy policy.
