Every payment has an invoice, and a refund or withdrawal has a credit note. You can open and download them from Billing.

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Open Invoices and payment method, which opens your billing records.
  3. Open or download any invoice or credit note.

The name on your invoices

To change the name or company name that shows, open the Invoice details section, set Name or company name on invoices and press Save. Your next invoice shows it.

Good to know

  • A refund or an EU withdrawal within 14 days creates a credit note against the original invoice.
  • Your receipt e-mail also links to the invoice.
