A passkey signs you in with your face, fingerprint or device PIN. It stays on your device and is quick and hard to phish.
- Open Security.
- Find Passkeys and type a Name for a new passkey.
- Press Add a passkey and follow your device's prompt.
Next time, choose Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in page.
Good to know
- Add a passkey on each device you use, or use one that syncs through your password manager.
- Remove a passkey you no longer use from the same page.
- A passkey also counts as your second step for two-step verification.
