Now hiring QR code for job openings
A code on the Now hiring sign opens the role and an apply button, while the interest is there.
A hiring QR code opens your job post from a window sign, a counter card or a flyer: the role, what you offer, who to ask and an apply button. Paste your careers page above for a free fixed code, or choose editable to build the post in the app and swap it when the role is filled.
See the sign, apply in a minute
A passer-by scans the window sign and the job post opens with an apply button.

Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
How does a hiring QR code work?
The code opens your job post. Applicants read the role and tap the apply button.
Can I change the job after printing?
With an editable code, yes: point it at the next opening or a page that says the role is filled.
Can I count applicants per sign?
Editable codes count scans, so a code per location shows where people found you.
Can I link my applicant tracking system?
Yes. Paste the job's public link above, or put it behind the apply button of the hosted post.
Can applicants upload a CV?
Point the apply button at your recruiting tool or an e-mail address that accepts attachments.
Is it free?
A fixed code to your own careers page is free in SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF and EPS. Hosted job posts need an editable code.
