Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
Can I make a QR code for a Spotify song?
Yes. Copy the song's share link in Spotify, paste it above with Spotify selected, and download the code.
Does it work for Apple Music and SoundCloud?
Yes. Choose the platform, paste its share link and the code opens the same item in that app or in the browser.
Can I link a podcast?
Yes. Choose Podcast and paste the show's page on any directory or your own site. The code opens it directly.
What if I release a new single?
With an editable code you change the link in the app and every printed poster plays the new single.
Is a music QR code free?
A fixed music code costs nothing and has no watermark. Download it in SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF and EPS without signing up.
Will it open the app or the browser?
If the listener has the app, the link opens in it. Otherwise the web player or the page opens in the browser.
Can I see how many people scanned?
Editable codes count scans per day and per country, so you see which poster or city works best.
