Presentation QR code for slides and PDF galleries
Your deck on every phone in the room, with the original and your notes.
A presentation QR code on your last slide opens your deck as a PDF to swipe through, the Google Slides original, a slide viewer for PowerPoint files and your notes. The PDF gallery template puts several PDFs on one page, such as a catalogue, a price list and a manual. Show the code at the end of the talk.
Want the slides? Scan the last one
Someone in the third row scans the closing slide and swipes through the deck on the train home.

Fixed or editable for slides?
-
Fixed QR code (static)
A fixed code to a file link works until that link changes or the file moves.
-
Editable QR code (dynamic)
We recommend editable: the page lives with us, you change the slides any time and the printed code stays the same. Try it 14 days free, then plans from $9 a month.

Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
How does a presentation QR code work?
People scan the code on your slide and your page opens with the deck, the original and your notes.
Can I share Google Slides?
Yes. Paste the Google Slides link and the page shows a button that opens it.
Can I share a PowerPoint file?
Yes. Upload the deck as a PDF to show it on the page; a PPTX file opens in the slide viewer.
Can I put several PDFs on one page?
Yes. The PDF gallery template has a viewer and a download for each file.
Can I swap the deck after the talk?
With an editable code, yes. Replace the file and the code on the slide keeps working.
How big should the code be on a slide?
About a quarter of the slide height, so people in the back row can scan it.
Can I see how many people opened the slides?
Yes. Every scan of the code is counted, so you see how many people in the room took the deck home.
Can people download the slides?
Yes. Each PDF has a download button next to the viewer, so people keep a copy for later.
Send every listener home with your slides
Build the page in the app and put the code on your last slide.
