Video QR code for YouTube and Vimeo
Print a code that opens your video on a page with notes and links, ready to play.
A video QR code opens a hosted page where your YouTube or Vimeo video plays when the viewer taps it, with your title, notes and buttons around it. The player loads only after the tap, so the page opens fast. The generator above makes a free fixed code to any video link.
From the manual to the clip
A customer scans the code by step one and the setup video plays on the phone.

Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
How do I put a video in a QR code?
The video stays on YouTube or Vimeo and the code opens it: either a page with the player or the video link itself.
Does the video play on the page?
Yes. The viewer taps the poster and the YouTube or Vimeo player starts on the page.
Can I upload a video file?
Videos play from YouTube or Vimeo. Upload yours there, then paste its link.
Can I swap the video later?
With an editable code, yes: paste a new link and every printed code plays it.
Will the page load slowly?
No. The player loads only after the tap, so the page itself is light.
Is a video QR code free?
A fixed code to the video link is free in SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF and EPS. The hosted video page needs an editable code.
Can I show two videos on one page?
Yes. Add a second video block, for example a short clip and the full version.
