Registration QR code for sign-in sheets and attendance
People sign in and out on their own phone, and you get a register with every time.
A registration QR code replaces the clipboard. People scan the code at the door, type their name and group, choose Signing in or Signing out and send. Each entry is saved with the date and time, and the page shows that time. You see the register in the app and export it as a CSV file.
Welcome, please sign in

Why sign-in sheets use editable codes
-

A fixed code can link to a form elsewhere, but the entries then live outside your account.
-
Editable QR code (dynamic)
The sheet lives with us, every entry carries its time and you change the fields any time. Try it 14 days free, then plans from $9 a month.

Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
How does a QR code sign-in sheet work?
People scan the code, fill in a short form and send. Each entry is saved with the time.
Do visitors need an app?
No. The form opens in the phone camera's browser.
Can people sign out too?
Yes. They choose Signing out and the time is saved again.
Can I export attendance?
Yes. Download the register as a CSV file from the app.
Can I use one sheet for several rooms?
Yes. Add a room field, or make a code per room that points to the same sheet.
Is the time saved even without a field for it?
Yes. Every entry gets the date and time when it is sent, and the page shows it.
Can I add the sheet to an existing event page?
Yes. Add a form block with the sign-in sheet type to any page.
A register that keeps itself
Set up the sheet in the app and put the code at the door.
