Feedback QR code for ratings and comments
A short rating form at the table, so you hear about problems while you can still fix them.
A feedback QR code opens a hosted page with a star rating and a comment box. Guests who rate you highly see a button to post a public review, and every comment reaches you in the app. You hear what went wrong while the guest is still there to put it right.
A rating before the bill
A guest scans the table tent, taps four stars and leaves a short note.

What the page holds
- A star rating
- One tap from one to five.
- A comment box
- Optional words that reach you privately.
- Your review link
- A button to post a public review.
- Your question
- Ask one thing in your own words, such as How was your room?
Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
What is a feedback QR code?
A code that opens a short rating and comment form, so customers tell you how it went in a few taps.
Where do the answers go?
Into the app, with the rating, the comment and the time it was sent.
Can happy customers leave a public review?
Yes. The page shows your review link, for example your Google review page.
Is the feedback anonymous?
Yes, unless the guest adds a name or e-mail to their comment.
Can I change the question later?
Yes. Edit the form in the app and every printed code shows the new question.
Is a feedback QR code free?
A fixed code to your own survey is free in SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF and EPS. The hosted feedback form needs an editable code.
Can I ask more than one question?
Yes. Add fields to the form, but two or three questions get the most answers on a phone.
When is the best moment to ask?
Right after the experience: on the table before the bill, on the room card before checkout, or on the receipt while the visit is fresh in mind.
