Wedding QR code for RSVPs, schedule and photos
One code on the invitation opens your day: when, where, RSVP and the photos after.
A wedding QR code opens a hosted page for your day: a countdown, the schedule and venue, an RSVP form with headcount and a gallery for photos after the party. Print it on the invitations and table cards, and edit the page whenever the timing shifts.
From invitation to yes
A guest scans the invitation, checks the venue and replies for two.

Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
What should a wedding QR code link to?
A page with the date, venue, schedule and RSVP, which can turn into a photo gallery after the day.
Can guests RSVP by scanning?
Yes. The RSVP form asks for name and headcount, and replies arrive in the app.
Can I change the schedule later?
Yes. Edit the page and every printed invitation shows the new times.
Can guests share their photos?
The page shows the photos you upload. Guest photo uploads are on the wedding photos page.
Will older guests manage?
Phone cameras read the code directly, and the page opens in the browser without an app.
Is a wedding QR code free?
A fixed code to your own wedding site is free in SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF and EPS. The hosted wedding page needs an editable code.
Can I add a gift list?
Yes. Add a text block or a button that links to your gift list or registry.
When should guests get the code?
On the save the date, so they can add the day to their calendar, then on the invitation for the RSVP and on the tables on the day.
