Event QR code with schedule, map and RSVP
One code opens your event page: when, where, the schedule and a way to say yes.
An event QR code opens a hosted page with the date and time, the place on a map, the schedule, an RSVP form and an add to calendar button. When the room or start time changes, edit the page and every poster shows the new details without a reprint.
Poster to RSVP
A guest scans the poster, checks the schedule and replies yes.

Fixed or editable for an event?
-
Fixed QR code (static)
A fixed code opens one address for good. For a date-only code, use a calendar event code, which works offline.
-
Editable QR code (dynamic)
Choose editable and build the page in the app: change it after printing and see scans per day. Try it 14 days free, then plans from $9 a month.

- Date, times, place and a map.

Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
How do I make a QR code for an event?
Build an event page in the app with the details, then print its code on posters, invitations and tickets.
Can guests RSVP from the code?
Yes. The Event template has an RSVP form, and replies land in the app.
What if the event moves?
Edit the page. Every printed code shows the new date or place on the next scan.
Can guests add the event to their calendar?
Yes. The page has an add to calendar button.
Is there an offline option?
A calendar event code carries the date inside the code and works without internet, but it cannot change.
Is an event QR code free?
A fixed code to your own event page is free in SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF and EPS. The hosted event page needs an editable code.
Can the page change after the event?
Yes. Replace the RSVP with photos, slides or the date of the next edition, and the printed code keeps working.
Can I run several events with one code?
Yes. Show the next event on the page and replace it when the date has passed, so a poster in the window stays useful all year.
