A QR code for Google reviews that gets used
Catch customers at the happy moment and send them straight to the review box.
A QR code for Google reviews opens your business's review form in one scan. Find the review link in your Google Business Profile under Ask for reviews, paste it into the generator and print the code where customers feel good: the counter, the receipt or the table. A short prompt such as How did we do? helps.

Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
Where do I find my Google review link?
In your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews or Get more reviews and copy the short link it shows.
Can I ask customers for reviews with a QR code?
Yes, asking is fine. Offering rewards in exchange for reviews goes against Google's policies, so keep it a simple request.
Should the review code be fixed or editable?
Fixed works when the link stays the same. Choose editable if you might move the code to another listing or want to count scans.
Will people see my business directly?
Yes. The review link opens your listing with the review box ready.
Can I use one code for several locations?
Each location has its own review link, so give each one its own code.
How do I get more people to scan?
Place it where people wait, add a short question beside it and mention it when they pay.
