Emergency QR code with your medical info and ICE contacts
Allergies, medicines and the people to call, written by you, one scan away.
An emergency QR code opens a page you write yourself: conditions, allergies, medicines and your in case of emergency (ICE) contacts with a call button. The page says it is self-written, stays out of search engines and can sit behind a password. Build it from the Emergency info template and print it on a wallet card.
Someone collapses. A scan shows what helps
A passer-by scans the card behind the ID and sees the allergy and a button to call the partner.

How to make an emergency card
Write your page
Start from the Emergency info template: conditions, allergies, medicines and two ICE contacts.

Medicines change. You update the page and the printed card stays the same.
Print it where people look
Behind your ID, on a helmet or as a phone lock screen sticker.
Test it
Scan the card and press Call on your first contact.
Fixed or editable for an emergency card?
-
Fixed QR code (static)
A fixed code can hold a short note, but it can never change after printing and has no call buttons.
-
Editable QR code (dynamic)
We recommend editable: the page lives with us, you change your medicines and contacts any time and the printed code stays the same. Try it 14 days free, then plans from $9 a month.

Next to your ID, where first responders look.

What goes on the page
- Written by you
- Only the person the card is about creates it, in the app. Team and bulk creation are not offered.
- Private by default
- The page never appears in search results, and you can add a password.
- A clear warning
- Every card shows that the details are self-written and may be out of date.
Questions and answers
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
How does an emergency QR code work?
Anyone scans the card with a phone camera and sees your page with your medical details and a Call button for each contact.
Who can see my medical details?
Anyone with the card. Write only what helps in an emergency, and add a password if you want.
Will my page show up on Google?
No. Emergency pages are always marked noindex, so search engines leave them out.
Can I create cards for my team?
No. Each person writes their own card in the app, so the details come from the person they are about.
Can I change my medicines later?
Yes, with an editable code. Change the page in the app and the printed card stays the same.
Does it replace a medical ID bracelet?
It adds to it. Responders may check a bracelet first, so keep both if your doctor advises one.
Carry the details that help in an emergency
Write your emergency page in the app and print the code on a card.
