QR code table tent templates
Standing cards for tables, counters and hotel rooms: review and menu styles in nine colours, plus guest Wi-Fi and hotel designs.
A table tent stands at eye level while people wait, which makes it one of the best places for a code. The review stand frames the code with a badge and a line such as Loved it? Scan to review us, and the menu tent uses a wide banner with Scan for the menu. Both print at 5 by 7 inches and fold into a tent or slide into an acrylic stand. Paste your review or menu link in the generator above to make the code.

How to set up table tents
-
Choose one job per tent
A tent that asks for a review and shows the menu and the Wi-Fi gets fewer scans than one that does one thing well.
-
Use an editable code for menus
Menus change with the season. An editable code lets you swap the menu file without reprinting every tent.
-
Print one per table
Put the table number in the link if you want to see which tables scan most, then print the whole set in one run.
-
Check it in the room's light
Scan the first print from a seat, at the angle a guest would hold their phone, before printing the rest.
Table tent print specs
- Size
- 5 by 7 inches per face, which fits most acrylic table stands. Print on card stock of 300 gsm or more so it stands up.
- Code width
- Read from a seat at about 40 cm, a short-link code needs around 5.6 cm. Give it more if the tent sits further away.
- Lamination
- Matte lamination survives spills and cleaning; gloss lamination reflects ceiling lights straight into the camera.
Questions
Before you print
- Is it free?
- Fixed codes are free: make as many as you like, download a PNG with no sign-up, and get every other format and print files with a free account. Editable codes come with a plan, a pass, Keep-alive or the 14-day trial.
- Can I change the link after printing?
- Yes, with an editable code. It holds a short link you control, so you can point the printed code somewhere new any time, and the next scan opens the new page. A fixed code keeps the link it was made with.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. A custom domain is included on passes, from Starter, and during the trial. Starter covers one subdomain, for example go.yourbrand.com, and apex domains start on Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Editable codes work to the end of your paid period, and after a failed payment every code keeps working for 14 days. Turn codes back on within 12 months. Fixed codes keep working as long as their links do.
What should a table tent QR code link to?
The one thing guests need at the table: the menu, the review page or the Wi-Fi. Pick the one that matters most to you right now.
Can one table tent show the Wi-Fi password?
Yes. A Wi-Fi code joins the network without typing. Make it in the generator with the Wi-Fi type and use the menu tent design.
Do I need an editable code for a review tent?
Not usually. A review link rarely changes, so a fixed code is free and works for good. Pick editable if you want to count scans per table.
How many tents should I print?
One per table plus a few spares. Tents get knocked over, wiped and taken, so plan to replace some every few months.
Will the frame text be in my language?
The call to action is editable in the design studio, so you can write it in the language your guests read.
